Administrative Assistant - Grand Rapids Wealth Management Department
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting in new account set up, maintaining monthly/quarterly annual records, assisting with preparation of materials for clients and file maintenance.

The ideal candidate will have a high degree of professionalism, responsibility, confidentiality, and excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills.  A high school diploma or equivalent and three years of administrative experience are required.

Mortgage Loan Processor - Scottville
The Mortgage Loan Processor position is responsible for processing and preparing mortgage loans, home equity and HELOC closing documents; ordering title work and appraisals; verifying income and assets; sending disclosures and closing packages to investors; and booking loans.

The ideal candidate would be motivated and have excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.  A high school diploma or equivalent is required with two years of loan processing experience or five years in banking or a related field with transferable skills.  Must be detail oriented, computer literate, a good problem solver and a team player.

Personal Banking Representative - Traverse City
The Personal Banking Representative is responsible for promoting the Bank's products and services; interviewing consumer loan applicants and advising applicants about the risks/benefits of their loan alternatives in order to determine the best product; preparing loan files for booking; opening new accounts and processing routine transactions for bank customers, including cashing checks, accepting deposits and withdrawals, and processing loan payments.

The ideal candidate will be motivated and have excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.  A high school diploma or equivalent and four years of banking experience as a Teller and CRM are required.

Personal Banking Representative - Onekama
The Personal Banking Representative is responsible for promoting the Bank's products and services; opening new accounts and processing routine transactions for bank customers, including cashing checks, accepting deposits and withdrawals, and processing loan payments.

The ideal candidate will be motivated and have excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.  A high school diploma or equivalent and two years of banking experience as a Teller and CRM are required.

Personal Banking Representative - Onekama (Part-Time)
The Personal Banking Representative is responsible for promoting the Bank's products and services; opening new accounts and processing routine transactions for bank customers, including cashing checks, accepting deposits and withdrawals, and processing loan payments.
